The sauna is reserved for guest at the Spegle hotel room after 19.00 (7:00 pm) If you wish to book the sauna for after 19.00, please contact us to check if available

The sauna is suitable for 2-3 persons and is wood-heated. It is not hot on arrival, unless someone has been there before you. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up the sauna. There is an opening in the ice through which you can access the water during winter.
